Line Manager Academy

We have developed a suite of Masterclasses aimed at developing your Team Leaders, Supervisors, Line Managers and Senior Managers. 

Our Masterclasses cover a range of people management subjects designed to build skills and competence for anybody that is responsible for dealing with employee issues.  There are six Masterclasses in the series and each person that attends receives a complimentary copy of the Masterclass Handbook so that none of the learning is lost, even if they do not need to manage a situation for several weeks or months.
